Family Constellations · Tucson & Online

Space to feel what words can’t reach.

Some patterns don’t respond to explanation — old grief, family struggles that repeat, weights we carry without knowing whose they are.

If you feel stuck inside a pattern you never chose, constellation work makes room to see it, feel it, and let it begin to move.

What is constellation work?

Seeing the pattern, instead of retelling it.

Family constellations is a gentle, guided way of looking at the invisible dynamics in a family or group — the loyalties, losses, and old events that quietly shape how we live now. Instead of talking about the pattern, you get to see it in front of you, and feel where it wants to move.

It’s done one-to-one or in a group. You don’t have to share your whole story — less is often more here.

Words from the circle

“I want to thank Vanessa for her compassion… to have someone there really seeing me, it made me feel better.”

Sheryl, on working with Vanessa

“I’d tried traditional therapy, but I always felt like something was missing. Constellation work with Vanessa was the thing I didn’t know I was searching for. In one session, I saw a situation I’d been stuck on from perspectives I never could have reached on my own.

Her sessions move, there’s an energy to them that’s hard to describe, and the insights don’t end when the hour does. I’ve found myself still processing breakthroughs days later. If traditional talk therapy has felt flat for you, this is worth experiencing.”
